The writing staff consists of reporters, contributors, and editors. Reporters write about local news such as protests, clubs, charities, bands, and politics, contributors write Op-eds on all our topics, and Editors go over their submissions. They are important to the writing team in providing perspective to certain issues that face the nation.
Kyle Daniels is the Economics Section Editor. He resides in North Carolina and is a tennis player and also plays the guitar.
Aditya Desai is the current sports section editor for the Outspoken Oppa. He is a rising senior in the class of 2022 who is passionate about sports journalism.

Francesca Perris Magnetto is the Contributing Writer. Italian but Swiss-born Francesca is currently completing her third year at L’Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. Francesca relocated to Tokyo, Japan during a six-month period in which she gained working experience at Conrad Tokyo. Francesca is interested in the sociological factors that affect reform in sustainability and solutions to modern problems.
