I’m ending tenth grade now. Although it supposed to be another mere step towards college, it feels more like a splash of reality. It allows me to look back and contemplate the flaws and discrepancies of the past. It makes me smile to reminisce upon the joyful times and cringe at the drastically embarrassing ones.

Is our republic under attack?
The U.S. Supreme Court decision Roe V. Wade’s verdict was determined in 1973. When the decision was broadcasted on national television, thousands rejoiced while others cried in misery.
When we are civil, we compromise. With the coming of compromise, comes bipartisanship. Only when bipartisanship is formed, we become united. In becoming united, we create a better nation. Not just for us, but for future generations to come.
